    Check Tools>Options>Mail Setup>Email Accounts>View or Change At the bottom where it says "Deliver new email to the following account" what does it say? If your users mailboxes are supposed to be sitting on your mail server it should say "Mailbox- username" Or Has she set up any rules?

    I'm having an issue with a single user account. When the user logs into the domain all of his drives are mapped except for one. If we disable his logon script only his home folder is mapped.
