Can't access Paypal's website
I can access everything, but when accesing PayPal, I get an error message. In IE it says "this page cann't be displayed". In Netscape it says "the connection was refused when trying to connect to PayPal". The funny thing is that I can access the home page, but when clicking... -

Thank you Gargouille for responding. I didn't get what you wrote. Should I download IE6 SP1 into a seperate folder? Does it matter from where the program is launched? Or from what folder? Maybe I didn't understand you. Thank you.- oiuyl
