    I'm sorry. I'm just a secretary. The employees who set up the phone system no longer work here, and the manager doesn't know anything! I can't even find a file on our phone system, so I don't know what software version it is.

    I found this thread, http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=858326 which also describes my problem. However, I do not understand the solution. Is there anyone that can explain this to me? How do I reboot the phone?
