AMysticWeb Thanks for the post, I have found that interactive buttons don't work when you try and place them into a shared boarder but work fine in other areas. And I also noticed that dhtml does not work in a shared boarder. Is there away to change this?

Why make the user insert the time? Give the date/time field a default value, so when the user appends or saves the data it suffs the time in.

It seems that XP is resonding a little slow in filling the program list. From the start button then all programs list when closing it acts up also. Bill

Ok I found out that if you hold down the CTRL button the link then works. And if you set the forms tool tips property to .t. it will tell you that you need to hold down the CTRL button fire it up.
