    I think you need to lock down the OWA machine, disable NetBIOS either at the firewall or External NIC. Make sure you download all the latest security fixes, set RestrictAnonymous=2 on the LSA key in the registry and so on.. Sounds like your box is too open and needs locking right down.

    If you have the necessary rights, I would use EXMERGE.EXE. It is more configurable and easier to use on multiple mailboxes.

    You cannot use Group Policies on Win ME or any 9x product, you will have to resort back to System Policies.
