    MICS 7.0 Problems

    Has anyone had any problems with 7.0 MICS Software. We have a customer that has a PRI and on some of the DID's they ring at the reception desk, not all the time just some times. It is speratic. Any insite would be helpful. A little back ground, we upgraded their system from 4.0 to 7.0.
