    Partner ACS r3

    My customer have a ACS rel3 defective so i changed it with a another ACS r3 and try to use the backup card but the new ACS can't recognize the flash card so i reprogramed the system and this morning it says backup failure. Customer remove the flash card and same problem. What I should do thanks
