I can login using the admin account but alot of the things that an admin should be able to access comes back access denied.
Its not a DC but I cant access the local security policy either. That comes back access denied too. Is it possible for an admin to lock himself out?

Thats a good question. Somehow I've never ran into this problem yet. Well, you can always put your initials in front of the DLL. That should make sure you dont name your dll as something microsoft wrote.

It sounds like you are looking to do a report here and not a form. You can do this with the Data Report option. This is located at Project->Add Data Report.

I build my program into an exe and run it. I do a few things on it and the memory foot print reported on Task Manager is 20 MB!!
Next I minimize my program and then return it to normal window as before again. Now memory is at 2 MB. That's an 18 MB difference!

Maybe you could hardcode in 000.000.000.000, the max length of any IP. And when u want to replace the ip with something like: 198.1.2.14, you should replace it with
198.001.002.014.
Then from inside your program, you take those zeros out and make it 198.1.2.14 again.
