Usually its the companys name. For instance, my dad is the Senior Network Technician at Quincy Hospital. He named the domain "QUINCY_HOSPITAL" minus the quotes. My mother worked at Boston EquiServe. The logon domain was "EQUISERVE" get the idea?

Go into the Domain Security Policy on the server and navigate to "Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Options. Scroll down to "Restrict CD-ROM access locally logged on user only" and make sure that it is disabled.
