    We have W2KSP2 and ExchSP2 installed. This started with the installation of ExchSP2. This is still going on.

    Service Pack 2

    We had a similar problem, it turned out that the medabase was corrupted. That prevented the IISAdmin from launching properly. The solution was to uninstall IIS and Exch and reinstall them. It worked. Q312430
