Desktop Unified Messaging - Nortel CallPilot 100
Does anyone know where I can get Desktop Unified Messaging software. I would like voice mail to interact with Microsoft Outlook mail in Office 2010. I do not as yet have a "Sold To" number to download software from the Avaya website. My vendor for our Nortel system purchased in 2010 has not...- Lawnbouy

Phantom message on Nortel Call Pilot 100
There is a message that plays after the selected company message that we would like to re record, but we cannot find where it is. I have a Nortel Call Pilot 100 running with a CCR tree. The system is tied into our network for ease of programing. None of the Company messages match this phantom...- Lawnbouy
