Thanks JP for your interest. Say I have 25 appointments a week that recur week in week out. Do I have to do each one individually as a recurring appointment or is it possible to do the whole week collectively? Chris559

Is it possible to populate a number of recurring appointments rather than one at a time? As a teacher I use Outlook for my timetable and want to copy by the week if possible.
