Have two 40 gig harddrives, one with 2000 PRO OS and XP on the other, will running a program thats on the 2000 HD in XP work? Any thing to watch for, just want to check out XP before giving up 2000.

Are there programs running at start up like 98 shows in msconfig? I look in task manager and it shows nothing after start up.
