I got it. Still don't know what caused it but I got it to work. I tried to upgrade it again and still same issue. So then I reset the KSU and then upgraded it again and the CP came up fine without any problems. Thanks Curly for your help

I have 2 T7406 handsets that I need to change the ID# on them but I do not have the password. It is not the default password. Does anyone know an easy way to get this password? I can't even change it without the old one. Or is there anyway to reset the handset back to defaults?

I have ran into this before. I am not sure but I believe that with any XC software there can only be one combo card. I do not know why but that is what I have ran into in the past
