Another option is to use PDFCreator. This installs as a printer, so you can convert any document to PDF. You can even combine several documents into one PDF file. The program is open source and can be found here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator

Glad to see that I am not the only one who cannot get inbound mail to an Exchange server.
I have tried the no fixup protocol smtp 25 , and still cannot receive mail inbound.
