How can I tell it to generate the totals per person in a query?

Thanks for all your help, the problem has been solved. It turns out that one of our other servers had a setting in it that was stopping the mail.

Well, there are no ost files or roaming profiles.

I have a user who came in to work today after being out two days. All of the mail in her inbox was gone. Mail is being saved to the exchange server. No backup, nothing in deleted items. Any ideas?
