Does anyone know why mail sent through sendmail can vary
by 3 bytes?
When using mutt to send mail to the local sendmail daemon,
the maillog shows the size varying by 3 bytes. The
attachment and the body of the message remain the same
size.
This question seems silly but it is...
Two exits would be needed if the exec was not used. The difference being exec and fork system calls. Fork creates a new process (copies the current process for performance) and exec changes a process. With exec, the csh process chnages into a ksh process.
Drive 0 has a fresh build of SCO 5.0.6. Drive 1 has a recovered data volume(presumed to be of htfs format).
I have tried every mount comman and device creation command from other forums.
Does anyone know how to mount this drive?
Thanks,
Mitch

How are your partitions labeled???
just
/
or
/, /etc, /home, ..............

If not, type: linux 1
at the lilo prompt. Assuming you use lilo, this will drop you into single user mode. You should get a login prompt and be able to move the files by hand.
