To All
Thanks for the speedy replies.
We have registered the first 3 dll's on the machines that will use the exe but I will have to check gdiplus.dll I think that might have been missed.
The reason that I was concerned about changes to how to build the exe is that we have read the paperwork...
I have a project and resulting exe that has been being built in VFP8 and we are currently upgrading to VFP 9.0.
Can anyone tell me if there is anything I need to specifically do to upgrade the project and then build an exe in VFP 9.0?
I have opened the project in VFP9 , recompiled it and then...
Mike.
Sorry for the delay but I had been asked by another programmer to find out if anyone simply knew the definition of Sys1105 as we were having problems with locking and unlocking records using record buffering over a terminal services link.
Since I've been away they've fixed it anyway...
I have a problem using table buffering and table update combined with terminal services. I have tried SYS(1104) but to no avail and I have found a reference to 1105 but no actual description of it.
Can anyone tell me a good place to go to get a description Or just tell me how it should work...
I am trying to automatically Send an email with no user interaction at all.
I have used Mike Lewis' examples of shellexecute to generate the email and it works great.
I just cannot find the command to simply Send the email without opening it first. Is this even possible?
Thanks in advance
Furthermore the following code produces two different results:
COUNT FOR DELETED() TO z_old_deleted NOOPTIMIZE
? z_old_deleted [result = 1342]
COUNT FOR DELETED() TO z_old_deleted
? z_old_deleted [result = 2191] (the correct figure)
How can I go through to determine the 2192 deleted records?
On a table this command stores 2191 to the z_old_deleted variable.
COUNT FOR DELETED() TO z_old_deleted
However this code only produces a cursor with 1342 records:
SELECT RECNO() FROM order_header WHERE DELETED() INTO CURSOR cur_deleted READWRITE
No filters are running. The code is run one...
OK Guys This Is The Latest:
Using the same code:
COUNT FOR NOT DELETED() TO z_not_deleted
Before I removed the DELETED() Index On the Table the count is 58859
After I remove the DELETED() Index On The table the
count is 59708
Looking at the data and what actual records are marked for...

D Hallam Here! Under Wendy's Alias.
The Tally Count is from that displayed in the Data Session Window. No buffering etc. No Filter etc. Just a table showing x deleted and y not deleted so when a pack is done I am expecting to see y as the total record count in the Data Session window -...
In a table I have 61050 records, 58859 Not marked for deletion and 2191 Marked for deletion. I run a pack and then a reindex.
Afterwards there are 59708 records, 59708 Not marked for deletion and 0 marked for deletion.
Obviously these figures don't add up.
Looking into the table it is clear...
