I work in a hospital and some places can't hear the overhead speakers. Is it possible to also have it go to intercom on the phones? Since there are speaker phones everywhere..
Thanks,
I've got an Option 61c and maybe once or twice a year this happens. I get a call that all incoming calls get the busy signal. I login ld60 .stat and all my channels are DISL out....I have to en the channels to get them back up. Any ideas why it disables out of the blue on the entire loop...
Below is my current setup. I want to set it up so we can actually see a que lining up on the buttons, I saw somewhere you can setup ICI buttons?? This would be nice to setup on the left side of the console...also, I don't know the key layout on the 2250.
TYPE 2250
CDEN 8D
CUST 0
SGRP 0
SETN...
When you dial 0 for the operator, the phone just rings and rings, how can we have a voice recording instead, something similar to being on hold.
Thanks
Is there a way we can show how many calls are in que? Or what do I need to be able to see how many calls are backed up on the operator?
Also, how can I setup a DID that goes to the operator? We basically need a way for a certain caller to skip the queue when calling in. Is this possible...
nortel option 61c
I've got an line that will only go to voice mail if the line is busy, but if the line is not busy it will keep ringing and ringing and never go to voice mail....any ideas?
this would be the way to go but I'm trying to do it without ruffling too many feathers. This is a hospital so we have nurses, doctors, and anybody and everybody dialing 0 because they don't want to have to find a number....Let me know if theres anything the switch can do. I have an option 61c.
We have too many people inhouse dialing 0 and it takes away from answering outside phone calls. Is it possible to give higher priority to callers dialing 0 from outside vs. inside? or how can we give higher priority to ouside callers when they dial 0?
yes, it stopped it....now I get this
ERR225 0 5, I looked it up and it says TTY 5 is not a CDR device connect a CDR device....well TTY5 is my Terminal..How do I stop it from thinking TTY5 should be a CDR Device.
I disabled and renabled the port, same thing, changed the baud rates still the same....every key i hit I get a 6 must be the sign of the devil....i'm running out of ideas..
how can I see what port i'm on? as soon as I do CHG TTY8 I get a SCH0531, which is invalid command I think.....I tried different TTY ports and it still says SCH0531.
This keeps logging on my terminal, I can't even do commands without this thing showing in the middle of typing a command. How do I stop it? what do they mean? These are some type of logs.
