Thanks a lot for both of replies!
However, both method don't work. :-(
I think AmunRa's answer is for view report by using " viewrpt.cwr", but in our case, we use "CrystalReports.CrystalReportViewer" because we want to customize the viewer for different report.
I know...
Hi,
We have a project use CE 9 as web reporting. For some reason (it's a long story), we can't use pageserver, and have to use jobserver schedule report first, then return the instance back to client browser.
I try to use "CrystalReports.CrystalReportViewer" to show the report, below...
Hello,

Seems that patch should fix the timeout issue, however, it doesn't work. I have follow CR instruction and applied those 3 patchs, set DefaultSessionTimeout to 30 (web component server ->command line) and reboot the server. But the viewer still stopped after 10 minutes...
Hello,
We use the CE 9 do URL report publishing. For some large report, the report viewer will stop response after 10 minutes. I guess this could be caused by Web component server "Session Timeout" settings.
For CE 8.5, there is a command line parameters which can change the timeout...
Goto http://<Server>/crystal/enterprise9/admin/en/admin.cwr, login as administrator, then click "manage server" -> Web component server -> check "Print the Report"

We did verify the database. Actually we even can't convert it at beginning (CR 9 doesn't allow us to save the reports after we changed the driver), then we apply two patchs and was able to convert the driver.
Maybe it because our reports to complicate? we use oracle stored procedure as data...
Welshy,
The Oracle Native driver didn't work properly after we covnert our reports to it from ODBC driver. Some reports were returned in a wrong format with wrong figures. It even made the Oracle DB instable.
Now we are testing another implementation. we wrote our own "pageserver"...
Hi, JEX
Thanks for your reply. Now we are kind of figure out what's the problem.
We can't run mulitple reports same time by pageserver even if they use different stored procedures. If we schedule them in CE and run mulitple times by Job server, everything is fine. We can get those reports run...
Yes, we run those reports on demand. For the page server, we have 75 "Maximum Simultaneous Processing Threads". When I call Crystal Decision technical support, they doubt that the ODBC driver "CR Oracle ODBC Driver 4.10" causes this problem. However, according to document...

Since I haven't use Oracle Native driver before, I have several questions hope you can help me out.
