I have an Excel 2002 spreadsheet that has a column of names that are upper case (JEFF JONES). Is there a way to have Excel change these to Upper-Lower case (Jeff Jones) so they are correct for variable data mailing?

Customer has a new office and computer. Every PDF we now receive has this message. We can click through the error message and still display the PDF.

Is anyone familiar with the error message? When we open a PDF file we receive this error. "There was a problem reading this document (12)." The filename has a hyphen in it. Could this be causing the problem?

We have a customer emailing us a PDF which can be opened OK on PC, however, when opening on Mac, it crashes. When customer uploads same file to FTP site, Mac is able to open OK. Does anyone have any suggestions? This does not happen with all PDF files, only here and there.
