You have to create a macro. Here is what you do.
Open the form in Design view and right click the upper left corner and select form properties. Go to the "On Open" under the events tab and click on the button to the right of the field. It should ask you to select code, macro, etc...
I have tried using the user level security wizard but can't seem to get it to work. I have a Database that is split and when I run the User Level Security Wizard it locks me out. Any suggestions??? Mike Garcia

Is there a way to make a Combo box drops a list and the items in the list expand to show more items. Just like the File, Edit, Veiw, etc. buttons do on the toolbars. Mike Garcia
