    Cell Tag for height

I found a site that is just using side-by-side lists to create the effect I want! However, I have no clue how they got rid of the bullet. Here is the site: http://search.office.microsoft.com/assistance/tasks.aspx?p=Visio Does anyone know how to get rid of the bullet? I've been searching...

    Cell Tag for height

Nick, That is EXACTLY what I wanted! :-) Now, if I can just figure out how to get rid of all the garbage Word puts in, and just simplify the table. In Tony's example, cell 2 is centered lower, rather than being even with the top line of cell 1 and 3, so it's close, as were previous help...

    Cell Tag for height

I thought my example showed what I wanted, but I guess it doesn't. I cannot explain it better :(. It's not that the cells need merging, it's that the adjacent cells and the ones in the next row should move up, as if the middle cell wasn't there (if the middle is the one with multiple lines)...

    Cell Tag for height

Nope. But I don't think one can accomplish what I want. I want cells 4 and 5 to be directly under 1 and 2. When I put in the <br> to make 1 and 2 line up with 3, then there is a lot of space between cell 1 and cell 4. See, like this: Cell1 Cell2 Cell3 Cell4 More Cell5 Cell2 But it's...

    Cell Tag for height

    I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I took your sample and played with it. Here is what I got (it isn't pretty): <table> <tr> <td>1 Receiving and processing</td> <td rowspan=&quot;2&quot;>2 Processing budget<br> amendments</td> <td rowspan=&quot;5&quot;>3 Creating a new purchase<br>...

    Cell Tag for height

Thanks, but this is actually the opposite of what I needed, though I appreciate your trying to help! Here is what I want: Cell one Cell Two Cell Three Part of One Cell Four Cell Five Cell Six Instead of: Cell one Cell Two Cell Three Part of One Cell Six Cell Four Cell Five Susan

    Cell Tag for height

This is really embarrassing, but I'm just using Word to write this. I actually, just stretched out the columns to make them even, but if there is another way, I would love to know. I have Site-Aid, so I can code directly in there. I made a one row table in Word, with the problem. Thanks for your...

    Cell Tag for height

I'm creating an table, but due to the length of some of the lines, the cell in the next column is much longer than I want. How do I change the height for just one cell in a table, and not the cells adjacent to it? Thanks, Susan

    Copy functional bands with Title

I want to create a second page in my flowchart using the functional bands on the first page. When I insert a new page, the bands display, but the title always just says <Process Name>. The roles carry over, however. Also, the height is correct, but the band widths are incorrect, as is the...

    Manually sizing flowchart

Is there any way to change the x, y, width, and height of the flowchart and bands manually (entering in the numeric values), instead of having to always drag? I can't create a template, because sometimes there are four bands, sometimes, three, etc. But I know how wide I want the entire flowchart...

    Sizing flowcharts question

I am a new-ish user of Visio. I have been given flowcharts and need to work backwards to create a template. Using Visio Professional 2002. I need to create headers and footers, but some of the flowcharts contain too much information. For example, I have a landscape one with three bands on it. I...
