    Calculating a sum or running total of string data

    click on insert summary, it will then ask you to choose the fields to summarize. If a read correct it will be (2) groups " Progress" and "Completed", then select count. It will then ask you where to place the summary. Once again choose the two fields above. Then click okay. Hopes this helps
