    If you are running on Windows NT 4.0 you can use something like the following C:\winnt40\System32\net Stop "service name" To start a service use C:\winnt40\System32\net Start "service name" You can create a .bat file and then run it as a scedualed task.

    Once I setup my driver to use P2Sora7.dll insted of the MS ODBC for Oracle every thing worked out just fine. Thanks rhinok !
