Correct, it was call waiting enabled on every line. Engineer mentioned that day of porting somebody might of been in a hurry and overlooked that detail. Good news is they have disabled call waiting and everything is back to normal. Much thanks for the assistance. Will make a note of not listing...- ejraleman
