I left out a few details. We are on version 25.40 and we are using 3903 phones. When users call each other internally, if the person they are calling is on the phone the call will hit their rollover line and will not let the caller know that the person they are calling is on the phone. I know...
I am hoping this is an easy one....I have an Option 11c and right now if employees dial each other internally and the person they are dialing is on the phone, it does not display "Busy" on the callers phone display.
What do I need to change/add to enable this feature?

Add these lines:
access-list contiv permit udp any any eq isakmp
access-list contiv permit ah any any
access-list contiv permit esp any any
access-group contiv in interface outside
fixup protocol esp-ike
That should do it. You will need version 6.3x for this to work.
