Nortel now offers the Contivity SSL module. It works in the 1740, 2700 and 5000 models.
It is called the SSL VPN Module 1000

The RMON portion of Sniffer can feed Concorde information. If you or your company or customer have Concord each Distrubuted Sniffer can be setup as a reporting element.
The instructions for doing so are in the Sniffer Docs.
From what I recall you can get some real good per DLCI usage...
There is a patched version of Distributed 4.2 that may correct your issue. It is on NAI's site as 4.2 Patch 3. You need to reinstall DS like you are upgrading. This may help.
I have seen the non-registering dashboard before and have cured it by deleting and re-loading the adapter.
