Check your compatibility charts. I do not believe you can have a Call Pilot hooked up to 3X8 KSU. It will cause problems!!!

I have just come accross an old RAD, and I will be connecting it to an 824 KSU. I have the dial up program to connect to it; however, I do not know the password. Did the RAD come with a default dial up password? Thanks!

Do you need a Caller ID card in order to have the Telco's voice message indicator to appear on a Norstar telephone set?. I have programmed all the MICS settings in CONFIG, but still no luck. It will work on a single line caller id unit purchased from Radio Shack. Any iudeas?

I am trying to activate unified messaging in my Call Pilot 100 Rls. 2.0. Will buying a Unified Messaging Seat key code by sufficient to activate this feature, or do I have to do more? Thank.

MICS 6.1 also gives you enhanced caller id. The call id will also appear in the display on the next incoming call, if you are already on the phone
