Hi there, im having a wierd problem with and encore networks reciving an E1 connected to a MICS T1 card, everything seems to be working ok, calls get in and out, but we've found around 4-5 locations that for no aparent reson, they just cant call in, nobody else has this problem, just this 4-5...
Tried with a new power supply same result.
The 2 ports that go to call pilot are ok, i plugged in a digital set to each one and they are fine.
Any other ideas? or is call pilot dead?

Hi there, for no aparent reason call pilot stoped working, Feature 983 returns "incative feature", cant connect to it via ip, so used the serial port, and this is what i get over and over :

Is it posible on a CICS ver 7.0, for someone ( lets stay the operator ), to annonunce a call via speakerphone to an internal phone ( T7208/T7316 ) while this extension is in use with a local/external call?
We've tried page, but if the phone is in use, it doesnt hear the annoucement.

Im trying to to connect via the remote Set tool to a cics 6.0 irad, and after succefully connecting, and going into programming menu ( Feature **266344 ), i only get the software keys menu, any ideas on what could be wrong?
LS/DS Cards, i've tried with 2 differentes cards ( both new ), i've also tried with a new CICS module, the only thing i haven t switched has been the software.
I've also moved the whole CICS to another place, with different lines, and does the same thing.
Lines are unsupervised, as i mentioned avobe, this is not the first CICS we've installed here, this is the first one we have had this prblem with.
