Hi,
is there a way of having a cell in Excel always display the current date, preferably in a dd/mm/yy format? Ideally this would refresh each time the workbook is loaded so it is always correct.
Cheers.
Hi All,
is there any way to print tracked changes? Word 97 automatically prints out the 'correct' version of a document but I would like a hard copy showing what was deleted etc.
Cheers.
I have (had) a doc named CSC.doc saved in one folder, and another doc also named CSC.doc saved in a different folder. Both docs were open simultaneously, and I inadvertantly saved one as another (essentially I now have the same doc saved in two different folders).
Is there any way of recovering...
xlbo - that's what I've been doing, it's more for aesthetic reasons while inputting data, just wondered if it was possible.
Cheers for the suggestions though.
Hi all,
Is it possible to freeze more than 2*2 panes in Excel (97)? For example, I want to be able to see Columns A and B on the left at all times, and columns X and Y on the right at all times, while being able to scroll left and right through columns C-W in between (and freezing Row 1 at the...
In Excel, when a cell is selected, the row and column headers are highlighted by going bold, so you can see which row and column you are in.
Is there a way of actually highlighting the entire row and column of a selected cell by changing their colour? i.e. when E6 is selected, all cells in...
I have a form which is larger than a single screen, and the scollbars work fine to navigate up and down it, but the scroll wheel on the mouse moves between records rather than up and down the form. In Design View the scroll wheel works ok to scroll up and down the screen.
Anyone know how to...

66 Any Street, Somewhere, ABC123
and in cells B1:B200 the response to a question - 'yes', 'no' or 'don't care'.
I need to count how many people who live in "Any" street said "yes" to the question. I suspect I need a...
Hi,
I have a question which is answered yes or no using option buttons. If the answer is yes I want a second question to appear below, otherwise I want the area below to remain blank.
I'm guessing I have to use IF statements involving the 'visible' properties of the text and option buttons for...
There isn't an 'option group' button in the toolbox, the only similar ones being 'option button', 'toggle button' and 'check box' - and the wizard is on but doesn't start up when I put an option button on the form.
I have an question on a form, and I want the user to be forced to answer yes or no using option buttons. The default should be that the 'no' option button is selected.
If the 'yes' button is clicked, the 'no' button should become unselected, and vice versa.
Any ideas out there...?
