FONT ERROR MESSAGE
I believe you have a font issue. This is a common problem in the prepress business and usually easy to solve. Can you give some more details? 1. Is there any Courier font where there shouldn't be in the PDF? This is the FIRST clue to which font is causing the problem because distiller or any PS...- jjac

Illustrator file permanantly on desktop - WON'T delete
I've got this weird problem where I had to save an AI file on my desktop and the file freaked out and crashed my computer and now I CANNOT get rid of it. It says it's being used by another program at all times even when nothing is running. It's just sitting there forever. It won't open back up...- jjac
