BFS Key on KEM
This function may be possible if you enable the BSFE feature on the Boss' phone. I belive the feature is called Boss/Secretary Enhanced function. When he activetes his BFS key the Secreatary can answer and screen the call on her BFS key. Described in the Featrues guide NN43001-106. I belive...- sandycd

Setting up Vacant Number Routing
Not sure if this applies but there is a setting DITI in load 15 for DID to tie connections to be allowed. Default is no.- sandycd
