ello, I made the changes this weekend.. our atim was 0 so I added the nite aadn xxxx to the 3rd console and did some tests. since the atim was 0 already it should of gone directly to nights when the 3rd console was in idle mode. This did not work...................and the atim in the book...

my atim is set to 0 and the AADN is ? im new at dealing with the console, would that be a seperate extension than the company wide voice mail (meridian) is set to.. I do understand the night greeting would have it own mailbox x. I just need find out what it is. would that be the aadn...

Ill put it this way....When console is on "Night", all calls go to Auto Attendant. Re-program calls going to console during the day to go to Auto Attendant after 4 rings.
