Sorry, I missed in your first posting that you had set up individual queries already. You can always experiment with the left and right joins (2, 3) to see the difference, but it sounds like they should be fine. You might want to try to make sure that there are no hidden spaces in the data...

BadDog... I've found that if you are looking at multiple filters in multiple related tables, it sometimes is easier and more organized to write a couple of queries and then link the queries for your final results...as opposed to trying to bundle all the tables and filters up into one query...

Craig... Good tip. I've used something similar in the past. However, Access(2k) seems to save the record with the first three fields anyway...as you go...without hitting the cmdSave button. Know of a clean way of getting around that? Thanks, Tom

If you've created it correctly, you should have evidence in two locations: A form default-named "Switchboard" and a table named "Switchboard Items" which contains the text and actions the switchboard is to take (i.e. open form myform, etc.).

I abandoned replication with Access97 when we had nightmares just replicating the db between two offices. Don't know if 2000 is any smoother...haven't had the need (or guts) to try it out. Good luck.
