OK. It seems like the information IS saving across to the tabel from the data entry form, but only after I close down. Therefore, if I want an overview of what I have entered I cannot do this unless I close Access. I have tried saving using the save button on the form and using the save option...

The table view is in the same database as the data entry form, in other words it is not a linked database (the table view simply allows me a quick overview of the contents but it is also the source upon which all reports are based).

Thanks. Problem now solved. I got there by reducing the top and bottom margin sizes as suggested, though it does leave the text slightly scrunched up to the top of each label.

One possibility is that - especially if you saved your last piece of work using the Save As command - you may have appended the wrong file extension to your database file. Worth a check anyway.

When I try to print out my Avery Labels (3 accross and 7 down)they will not all print and all I get is 3 accross and 6 down. I can find no way round this.
