mail merge
I use this function every week. First I set the parameters for my query and save the query. Next, I open MS word, type my letter and then use mail merge and select my saved query as the database. You can then insert fields (which are named the same as those in your query). good luck!- afioresi

Query by Date Range
Thanks for your reply. I did try your advice however, when I ran the query, I had no results so, I am sure that I am just not getting it. In the criteria for the "Birthay:Month([Date]" field, I did set the criteria as "Month(Date)". I wasn't sure if I was supposed replace...- afioresi
