Believe the function would either be VLOOKUP or HLOOKUP [vertical lookup or horizontal lookup] depending on how you need to search the corresponding worksheet. It is a bit tricky to set up, but it works great.
Only way I have found to fix this is to change your default printer in Windows to the printer you wish to use. Problem is that that changes it for everything.
Go to File/Print and click the Properties button for the printer in question. Click on Paper/Quality tab and choose 'Automatically Select' on the first drop down menu next to Paper Source:
If that doesn't work, the computer may have the main printer settings set to manual in their Windows setup.
