A Nortel tech was able to dial-in to the switch and recreate TTY 0 and TTY 1 for me. I have not found out yet what he had to do to fix it. I plan on giving him a call to see if it was something I could have done. I'll post an update when I find out.
I can not program TTY 0 or 1. Is there any solution to this? Is it possible to reinstall without losing all the programming? I can't go to a backup since I don't know when TTY 0 was removed.
Why does the system allow these ports to be removed if they can't be reprogrammed?
I guess it's...

I have an Option 11C running rls. 25. I had TTY 1 configured on Card 0, Port 1 for one of my terminals. We needed dial-in access so I moved the port to a modem, which I have done several times without a problem. I didn't have any luck getting access through the modem so I eventually gave up...
We are having some weird things happening with one of our ACD queues. Here is the scenario: a call will come to the receiptionist's 2250 console, she will transfer the call to the ACD queue, the caller will hear 1 to 2 rings and the line goes dead, or the caller will hear rings until they...
We have an internal DTI T1 route connected to a digital modem pool. Every time a call gets connected to that route we get a ERR090 message. The call connects successfully and everything works. I would just like to get rid of the message to clean up the terminal. I have another internal DTI...
I am inserting a 9.
I've also discovered that if I dial the route access code instead of a 9 in front of the number, it works. I guess I can do that as a work around but I'd rather just dial 9.
I don't think I explained this very well.
I can get from the switch to the Fax Server just fine. Calling from the Fax Server to the Switch is when I loose the digits.
I think I have trunk to trunk allow. Can you tell me what to check?
I am trying to set up an internal T1 from an Option 11 to a fax server. From the fax I can dial internal 4 digit DNs fine. However I am unable to dial an external phone number. When I do a trace it shows that that only the first 4 digits are being received by the switch.
I believe the...
We have Malicious Call Trace set up with a recording trunk. How can I restrict this so that only external calls can be recorded and not DN to DN calls?
I have a digital recording device that is connected to digital station ports. I can record a call by conferencing in a recorder port. I am trying to set up a button on a 2616 to automatically record a call when pressed. I have created a button using the Direct Hot Line/No-Hold Conference...
