    Spyware Info

    I was hoping someone could help me with a few questions about spyware / adware. Is spyware dangerous, security wise, inside a network? I'm sure it slows down the persons machine, but does anybody have a credible place where this is written down?

    what users are logged on when

    Is there a way to see when a user is logged on to the network? Seems like it should be possible, but it isn't in a friendly place. Also, we have people dialing into the network through a 56k modem. I am trying to see who they are, too. Suggestions?
