Have new Magix R4 that will not let me change mode to Hybrid/PBX. It will change to Behind Switch or Key mode. It may be in Permanent Key Mode according to documentation. How might I get it out if that is the case?

You should have the latest release 206 in 1st slot. Also if 1st slot 206 is defective the others will not power up. Try swaping different 206 to 1st slot. also there is a fuse on the carrier backplane under the white plastic cover near the power switch you could check.

I am trying to add the 9th & 10th line to a MICS with fiber expansion to 012 module. I have looked at the FAQ section at the pin out but that was not clear to me as to what line number and what pin the lines were on in the first trunk card in the 1st 012 module, (2 port fiber expansion card)...

Correction: I should have said if you go into startup you might be set back to default.

You might try login as 23646 (admin), but if you restart system all programing may be set to defaulf. Check your manual

Also just installed FastRAD on old 8X24 modular DR5 When I login and connect it takes about 5 min. to load page with line and stations. System seems verry slow. 25 min for a backup. Connection type is direct, cable is 9 pin straight thru, baud set for 9600 (also tried 19200)Software being used...
