Thank you for your suggestions. Using Ctrl-Alt-Del did allow me to login as the user I need, but I'd have to do that every time.

For some reason, only Administrator and Guest are showing up on the login. I had three other users which are now gone. When I login as the administrator, I don't have administrator privilages.

Why not just put your header() logic before any output. If you absolutely have put logic that generates output first, store that output in a variable and echo it later.
