Thanks for the info. Is there a reason to upgrade at all if the customer only needs to add keycodes for mail boxes, two expansion modules, PRI with DTI, DSM 032 and four offsite VoIP phones?
Or are there problems with this release? Everything seems pretty basic that an old MICS could handle...
It sounds like you do not have the lines assigned to the table and or that feature 982 is not set to answer lines. Do you have a night service button set to control flow the AA or is it through feature 982? Also if you have the voice mail set to answer on three rings and the AA to answer on six...
I have a customer with a BCM50 version 1.00.2.04.j that I assume is version 1.00? They are a retail store that is currently only using analog trunks and six T series phones. In the near future they will be moving office people into the space who are going to need me to expand the system with...
I have an intuity voicemail that I am unable to access remotely. I have confirmed the line is good. I also swapped the AYC54 board but still can not connect. I even connected the modem to another line with the same result. The modem answers but does not sound like a good connection. I hear a...
Avaya doesn't actually make their own power supplies they just private label a $5 power supply. I've found dozens of power supplies for Avaya and Nortel products from companies who actually make the power supplies Avaya private labels. You get the same exact power supply that is used in...
I guess I was looking for a NON Avaya power supply that will work instead of the Avaya 700357387. I have such a hard time charging a customer $150+ for a power supply from Avaya that they could order from Jameco Electronics or go down to their local Fry's for $30.
I guess I'll just order a...
I think gberger is correct that the keycodes aren't entered. The quick install guide has the exact pair layout so I don't think physical wiring is a problem. I guess the ones I installd in the past already had the keycodes entered.
Thanks again all!
I have a brand BCM 50 up and running. I can program it through BEM but the T7316e's won't connect to the digital extension ports and the analog ext ports are dead too. I'm connecting directly to the amphenol on the BCM as the documention indicates.
Any thoughts?
