    Hi...Its better install new exchange 2007 with latest hardware. Use ex-merge for extract mailbox and import to new exchnage 2007. Company like IBM and other doing same thing for 100 to 300 users organization. Above all methods will icrease ur organization cost..money does matter :)

    Hey..u can coexist exchange 2007 with 2003 not with 2000. for this u need to move all mailboxes from 2000 to 2003 and then 2007. if its different organization u can move mailboxes by using mail migration wizard.
