Are you using DHCP or static ip addresses?
If you are using static ip addresses check the gateway of the NT machine to make sure it is the inside interface of your router.

I've seen many problems with Ghost particularly systems that are less than identical at the hardware level.
Why not make life easy. Install Them apps on a server and use Terminal Services. Restrict user rights accordingly and it works great. License your apps accordingly
