    I think you usually authenticate to a domain. It sounds like the other workstation is not on the domain and requires local authentication. Join workstation to domain.

    After the answer file has been created and you have run sysprep you have to image the machine. We boot off a diskette and run ghost to create the image. We boot to the network and run ghost off the network and store the image there. Hope this helps
