    reporting for contact center

    hi have a BCM400 R4 which uses the reporting software. I've got an issue whereby the real time data shows more calls than the reports. i have the latest smart updates applied but still a big difference in the number of answered and abandoned calls any ideas? Cheers

    i'm getting a similar issue the real time data always has alot more calls than the reports, i've got a BCM400 R4 with latest patches.
