    Right. Probably missing the reboot since we are using a DN with no deskset. In this case, is there a particular port range that makes more sense to use or will any do? Also, what's a companion DN? (total noob alert)

    Okay...I renumbered the hunt group DN using the DN renumbering wizard which worked. I then setup configured the hunt group DN (2320) to overflow to DN 2375 (voicemail).     2320 is a DN with an assigned line and DID. I would like it so that anyone can call that extension or the associated DID and go directly to the users voicemail. I would like to do this without having to setup a deskset just for this user who's never going to be in the office. It seems so simple...
