The trunk cards have been swapped. The system has a software version
SP30mlF01 NAT. The Call Pilot is version CP 02.00.47.00
Don't know why these 3 only. It doesn't fit to be wiring related, they are in different corners...

We have a call Pilot 150 user that gets a error message when she tries to access her voice mail.This goes for all users on the system, not msgs can be left or retrieved. Error message is as follows: your session can not be completed at this time.

Customer has CICS DR.1 - the previous installer, restricted all phones for LD, however the customer has misplaced the access code and they no longer deal with that installer. How do we find out what the access or bypass code is.
