    I did apply QO29368 and tested it this morning and it was still not restoring the file. Any other ideas or anyone has the same problem with Quantum Superloader?

    I can´t ping over my VPN

    What can be done if I can ping from LAN2 to all the workstations and servers on LAN1 except the domain controller? I have the subnet mask setup correctly plus WINs can resolve the name correctly as I can see. Can someone help please? Thankz

    Hi, I have run into the exact problem with my Quantum SuperLoader. I just checked the firmware of the drive is v42. Can anyone know how to fix this problem? I have tried all the solutions above, enable RSM, update firmware...etc. My tape also has a lot of sessions. Thanks, Sebastian
